◆ Use and scope
This machine is suitable for small and medium-sized casting, forging, welding parts, surface cleaning of flat, thin-walled, collision-resistant parts, especially for surface strengthening treatment of sintered parts of gears, shafts, springs and tie rods.
◆ Working principle of rotary blasting machine
The shot sand is lifted to the separation mechanism to separate the shots, fragments, and dust to obtain qualified shots. The shots rely on their own weight to enter the high-speed rotating splitting wheel from the shot blaster chute and rotate with it. The rectangular window of the directional sleeve is thrown out and reaches the high-speed rotating blade. The projectile accelerates from the inside to the outside of the blade surface, and is thrown in a fan shape at a certain linear speed toward the workpiece, so that the workpiece surface is shot blasted. The turntable installed in the cleaning room is driven by the drive system of the machine to rotate, so that all surfaces of the workpiece placed on the turntable can be evenly shot cleaned. The dust generated during shot blasting is removed by the dust collector.
